備註：

1. 客人不論以任何方式付款，均需先以電話或電郵或傳真聯絡本公司以確認所訂之旅遊產品事宜。
2. 客人請謹記本公司負責的旅遊顧問姓名，並於入數後請傳真(2865-5115)或電郵(maywood@maywoodtarvel.com)銀行收據至本司及聯絡旅遊顧問及取回收據，否則所訂之旅遊保險將不被保留，本公司怒不負責客人的任何損失。
3. 本公司不設「EPS-易辦事)」付款，所有旅遊產品均以港幣現金結算。
4. 茲因匯率之變動，故改用其他貨幣，必須經本公司同意及給予之匯率結算。
5. 茲因結算以現金價，故使用信用咭，必須聯絡本公司旅遊顧問查詢。

Remarks:

1. Please mark sure your booking is confirmed, then settle the payment.

2. Please remember staff name with handle your travel products. And send the bank receipt by fax (2865-5115)      or   e-mail (maywood@maywoodtravel.com) for settle the payment.

3. We not accept "EPS System" payment method. Our all travel products subject to cash fare only.

4. If settlement by foreign currency, please contact ours staff. So foreign exchange rate also change.

5. If settlement by credit card, please contact ours staff.
